The girl at the check-in (ca. 8pm) was super kind and gave us all the info (about the hotel and city) we needed. We felt very welcome thanks to her kindness. Also the rooms were very comfortable, clean and modern. Location no too far from the main street.

We called off on the way from France to Extremadura, and Guadalajara was a convenient overnight stopping place. Very friendly night manager who spoke excellent English. The bedrooms were large with comfortable beds. Breakfast was superb and well worth the additional amount we paid for it.

Very good location for us ( almost directly off the main autovia from the north) We were only staying one night and driving south next morning. However we would have liked to have stayed longer to explore the historic centre which seemed to be a short walk distant. The hotel was in the quiet residential outskirts. There was a sunny terrace, mature wooded grounds and plenty of safe parking. The restaurant was good but not pretentious. Dinner was excellent value, with very pleasant staff .

Nice hotel to spend a night on your way from the airport to the Pyrenees. The town of Guadalajara is a nice surprise with a great restaurant called Botanica. Everything in the hotel was on spot. Rooms are large and comfortable with nice shower room, air condition works great, larger then expected workout room and nice fresh breakfast. Great value for money.

This is a quiet hotel, very close to the A2, but also a short walk into town, so is ideally located for a short stay. Staff were really polite and helpful. Our room was clean with comfortable beds, and well equipped with a fridge and safe. The bathroom was very clean with nice toiletries and large towels. There was parking available right outside the hotel.

New huge rooms with a comfortable beds and huge bathrooms, perfect clean and friendly staff ready to always help with everything. You get a positive answer to every question. Coffee and beer at any time - not problem! Extra additional things- not problem! Late check out - not problem! This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever been in!

The breakfast was beyond expectation! Many choices from fresh fruits, fresh breads and many good hot and cold food choices, juices and and coffees. We enjoyed it a lot!

Very nice modern hotel & the staff were great. Restaurant was very reasonably priced for dinner & the maitre d (Giovanni) was excellent, & very attentive!!
